What to Expect
Enjoy a private sightseeing tour in Rome that’s designed for a group of up to 8 persons. On this 3-hour private guided walk you’ll see some of the city’s top Baroque architectural treasures.
Your guide will meet you at your accommodation and you’ll head out on a walk to the Piazza Navona. A stadium in ancient Roman times, this important square later became the artistic and cultural center of Rome.
Walk with your guide to the Church of St. Louis of the French, and admire it’s hidden works of art, including Caravaggio’s Life of St. Matthew. Afterwards, you’ll head down winding streets to the Pantheon, at one time a temple to all the gods.
Continue on to the Trevi Fountain, and be sure to toss a coin into the water. According to tradition, tossing a coin into the fountain means that you’ll visit Rome again one day.
Stop at Giolitti for some of the best ice cream of Rome before arriving at the top of the Spanish Steps, where you’ll take in breathtaking views of Rome from above.
