I was planning on taking the train from the airport to central Rome upon arrival, but due to transportation strikes possibly happing on our arrival I needed an alternative. At 22:00 the night before we traveled, I made a booking for a private transfer for 3 people. Confirmation was received very quickly via the Get Your Guide App. The provider also sent text messages detailing the confirmation, drivers name and meeting points. Upon arrival to Rome I received a text message again with the drivers name, contact number and where they would be waiting for me. After coming out of the airport they had placed themselves in the best visible position with a name card and exactly were they said they would be. From getting off the plane to driving away in the private transfer took under 20 minutes. I booked a return transfer right away with the same provider. And today received the same outstanding service, driver arrived bang on the time stated.

A la hora de la recogida en el aeropuerto, el chófer llegó tarde (llamamos a los 4 teléfonos que te facilitan y nadie respondió en ninguno de ellos), además el coche era para 8 personas y trajeron un vehículo para 7, el chófer bien. A la recogida en Roma, el chófer fue muy puntual, vehículo para 8 plazas.

Despite the urgency of the request, which was made with only one day to spare, on what would have been the busiest day of the year, Christmas Eve, they confirmed my request almost immediately. The driver called me when we waited for the baggage at the airport. It was very nice and I can recommend this service. Additional note: at 010:59 on the date of arrival another company, "Best Travel Service" (https://www.getyourguide.jp/best-travel-service-s7178/), canceled my reservation because they could not find available cars. It was disappointing because I booked three days in advance and they could have declined it earlier.
