Helpful staff, especially at the Colosseo. The ticket office staff the more boring, no questions asked. Annoyed when we asked about the entrance to St. Peter's Church, where there was no reference at all to the entrance without a queue, even though it was next to the large entrance through the pillar hall.

The cards are practical. Bus travel with hopp-on hopp-of and regular bus is no problem. Stops for Omnia buses are unfortunately not signposted. Organizing the admission times for the sights and specifying the meeting points are not well organized. Where to queue at which line - skip the line - was not to be seen. Since there are several Rome card providers, perhaps more emphasis should be placed on recognition.

I would have liked to rate Good and not Very Good because of Hip Hop transport (Double-decker bus where the stops are not indicated in the city whereas for the other buses (Big Bus, City Seeing ....), they In addition, the person on the bus indicates the stops in Italian so when you get on the first time, you really don't know! On the bus, could stop Stop 15, Stop 6, Stop 12 .... so we report on where you are!
