What People Are Saying About Rome

Could have been better organised time wise.

Our tour was booked for 8.30. Pm. We arrived on time to find other people waiting. Tour guide turned up at 2105. She said that tour was running late and would start at 2225. Friday tours have been running late since May. Many clients declined as they had early starts for other tours the following day. We stayed for the tour of the outer parts of colosseum until the underground tour. We finished the tour. While the tour was going on, there was an electric storm whiçh went on for two hours. As we headed back to our hotel on foot, the heavens opened and we arrrived back to hotel soaking wet. We should have been informed well in advance that delays were iminent on a Friday. Apart from that we enjoyed the tour. ed d

absolutely fasinating tour, so much to take in. Lovely venue

This was a fantastic experience all made by the excellent guide Rebecca who was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject matter. Rebecca is a credit to your organisation and hopefully we will meet her again. Martin & Anne.

Unexpectedly the most interesting part of our trip.

Our tour guide Louise Kennedy was so passionate about what she was explaining to us. She made the whole tour feel like a story where we really got to know the lives of the people mentioned, not just about their work. Unlike other guided tours we have been on, there was not any point where we felt ourselves zoning out. The whole experience was extremely enjoyable. The Borghese Museum was not originally at the top of my list of sightseeing to do in Rome, but I would now definitely recommend it to others. Most definitely worth the price.

Excellent tour with extremely friendly guides

Very good tour which ran on time without any delays. Tour guide was extremely friendly and was very happy to answer any questions and explain things in detail. Tour was extremely interesting as you got to see other parts to the colosseum that you would not normally see. Also the fact that the tour takes places in the evening adds to the excitement of the tour as the colosseum looks even more amazing lit up in the dark. Only thing I was disappointed with was that we weren't able to access the upper tier due to the fact that there was a orchestra performance on the next day. Overall we were extremely happy with the tour, very good value for money and would certainly recommend to anyone.

Interesting tour of underground Colesseum

Once it started, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the Colesseum at night, especially being able to see the underground portions. Our guide, Ilaria, was very pleasant and knowledgable. She was very accommodating and interesting. Our only complaint would be the organization pre-tour. We were told our meeting time was 8:30 pm and to try to be there at least 15 minutes early. Our contact didn't arrive until almost 9:00 pm. Another person waiting even called to see where he was. Also the description for the tour said it was to be an 1.5 hour tour, but it only lasted 45 minutes. could have been better organized.
