Had a great tour. Vatican was great but booked this tour mainly for Sistine chapel Michelangelo painting only to misunderstand from the guide. She told us to meet inside in 20 minutes so we did only to find her then she said let’s go. We never stayed to look! What!? You should’ve been clear that the 20 minutes was our chance to look not for bathroom break for everyone! So disappointed! Missed the only thing I wanted to see. Our coliseum tour, was great as well. Mateji was a great guide. I love he ended in the coliseum so we could take it all in a little longer.

This is a very amazing tour! It's very long, so make sure to take a proper rest. It started in the morning in the Vatican Museum, moved to the Sistine Chapel and concluded in Saint Peter's Basilica. This tour took around 3.5 hours. We had a break in the afternoon, left by ourselves to wonder around and have lunch. We met at the Colosseum in the afternoon. The Colosseum tour started in the structure, moved to the Palestine Hills, and concluded in the Roman Forum. This took around 3 hours.

Actually really enjoyed this. The guide at the Vatican was probably my favourite, he was quite funny! We saw all the main parts and he was incredibly informative without rambling. The break between the Vatican and the colosseum gave us enough time to go find somewhere for lunch and catch the metro to the next stop. Only part I didn’t like was that the second tour seemed to be less organised, we had to sign in again and get sorted into another group and then wait for late comers to come and fill the group to the max. Went on one of the hottest days of the summer so wasn’t a fan of standing in the sun that long! Second tour guide was very professional, unfortunately i think we all lost interest during the roman forum because it was just so hot, but it was honestly really worth it. We all learnt something new that day! If you don’t use one of these tours please expect to be stood in a queue for HOURS. The queue for the Vatican was a mile long. Literally. So glad we did this!
