Communication with tour company was very poor, both direct and through get your guide however, the trip was great. The driver didn't speak much English but was very pleasant. This us not a guided tour, you get dropped off at both places however you are given information on where to go and some history on the buildings you see , that is all you need. Would recommend to all.

This is not a guided tour. It is transportation only. You get picked up in a mini van. Our driver, Stefano, is a really nice guy! You can definitely do this trip by train and spend some more time in the destinations but the convenience of having a direct ride to and from on such a hot day was worth it.

This is NOT a tour in the traditional sense and that was not clear to our party nor the others on this experience. Please make additional plans (tours) for once you arrive. Our driver, albeit incredibly nice and respectful, spoke very little English (even though I only book English tours) and so we struggled significantly with communicating. He dropped us off and said see you in 3 hours. I’m very organized and like structure so I thought this was more structured and felt lost trying to figure out how to maximize my time in Florence. Because of that we lost an hour and really didn’t see much in Florence because we were unprepared. Beyond that, the drive was smooth and on time and pick up at hotel was GREAT!
