What People Are Saying About Rome

Worth it! Was so nice to be there with very few people.

The guide was friendly and gave a good intro to the Sistine chapel. The main reason to do this tour is to be inside the chapel before official opening so there are very few people there. And that is amazing, there were even seats available to sit in while you looked up in wonder. Incredible, astonishing work! The rest of the Vatican museums were so crowded it was hard to enjoy! Some other great work, if you can see it behind the mosh-pit sized crowds.

a fabulous morning exploring Castel Sant' Angelo with a great guide

Our tour guide was warm and welcoming. He obviously loves his job and is a real gentleman. We learnt a lot about the history of Castel Sant' Angelo from our guide and would not hesitate to recommend him again :).

Rome: Castel and Ponte Sant'Angelo Guided Tour Reviewed by Rachel, 11/02/2016

beautiful, and perfect to get early access before the crowds

Quick tour at the beginning and then on our own afterwards....it was perfect to get in early and beat the crowds as it was very busy later in the day...would have been great if it was a personbal tour with a smaller group...I am sure you offer but did not see.

In depth, interesting and perfect for what I was looking for

My Guide was amazing she was personable and had so much information about the art and the history of the Borgheses...she was from New York, and has a background in art history which came to life in the experience, to hear about the influences and the people who inspired the paintings as well as the conflicts and the drama that there was with rivalries and scandal...so much fun and having my own guide to interact with and ask questions was the best part.

Unique view of St. Peter's basilica- highly recommended

This was a great visit. Found guide easily as per instructions. Taken quickly threw security and past waiting crowds to audio desk. No real issues here but you do need to leave a driving license or credit card as deposit for audio guide- wouldn't allow passports. Bit of a climb (349 steps) but well worth it. Views were amazing and commentary helpful. Walking on the roof (complete with cafe and shop!) was brilliant too. All felt very safe. Would highly recommend.
