The provider was very nice because this was the first time we used your transfer service from the port to the Termini Station. There could have been a bit more signage at the port with the company name but we figured it out. The bus ride was relaxing and on time. The price was the best I have seen for 4 people with bags.

Really glad we booked this, we were slightly late to the coach as the free shuttle from port was delayed waiting to fill up - but the bus waited which was great. Transport was great and staff were lovely. All I can say is be aware of people who recline their seats, a massive pain lol!
