Nothing to do with this bus trip but if you are arriving from a ship in the Port of Civitavechia it is absolute chaos to get a port shuttle out to where to pick up this bus. If your cruise arrives , there are shuttles out as a very busy port and unwalkable. Then you pick up this bus once outside the port walls. Leave extra hours to do !

Easy transfer into Rome from our cruise ship, location was fairly easy to find you meet the coach on the main road outside of the port bus stops, I spotted the coach after we had got off our shuttle bus from our cruise ship. You can either get off at the Vatican or by the train station - a clear leaflet given of pick up times from both stops to get back to the ship in time. No worries would recommend it for a cheaper alternative to get into Rome if your on a cruise ship.
