On our trip to the airport, the driver arrived 12 minutes later than what the mail said he would, so we were starting to get a bit worried if he would show up, but once he did, everything went smooth. We have done a trip both TO a hotel in Rome and FROM a hotel in Rome, and in both cases the driver arrived later than the confirming email said - frist 30 minutes later. So dont expect total punctuality. But both trips were nice, once the driver arrived.

The car was clean and the ride was comfortable. When we arrived to the hotel, the driver refused to leave until he made sure we arrived to the correct address.

Driver was excellent. Only reason they did not get a 5 star rating was because the website did not tell us the type of car we were renting. We traveled for 21 days and had a large suitcase and carry on. We were concerned that we would not fit with luggage.
