What to Expect
The tour starts in the heart of Rome, with a short training session with your expert guides. Then set off to explore the city, with the visit of one of the most beautiful church in Rome Sant'Ignazio di Loyola to admire the "false chapel" of the famous painter Andrea Pozzo.
After taking in a view of the oldest Roman temples of Rome (2000 years old) The Pantheon, the tour will continue with the visit of the Basilica de' Francesi, to see the sublime beauty of some of the master work of The Caravaggio. The tour then takes you to the Baroque Navona Square to enjoy the four River fountains of the Bernini and the Church of Borromini.
Followed by this, it is the time to see the "Chiostro del Bramante", the perfect example of the Renaissance Architecture. You then flow with the river Tiber through the "Bridge of the Angels" decorated with Sculpture of Bernini and enjoy a beautiful view of the Castel Sant'Angelo. Then it's time to admire finally the square of San Peter and learn about it's history.
The tour will continue through Via Giulia, one of the most beautiful streets of Rome, to explore a cute and romantic part of Rome: the Trastevere Neighborhood with its small streets and views. Then visit of one of the oldest churches in Rome, Santa Maria in Trastevere. Then it's time to go back to Piazza del Gesù passing through the Jewish Ghetto.
