Angela was an absolutely incredible host. She really went above and beyond for every customer, and provided additional options such as organising our lunch so we could eat on the bus on the drive to Positano, and the option of taking a boat ride in Positano. The Pompeii tour with Enzo was exceptional. He had fantastic local knowledge and really brought the place to life. We are so glad we booked a guided tour as we wouldn't have known what to look for by ourselves. The time in Positano was quite short and we found it a bit overcrowded and not really long enough to relax and enjoy it. It would have been good to have been given the schedule before booking as we probably would have just done Pompeii. There were some extremely rude and difficult customers on our tour, and a few issues with the shuttle buses to Positano which Angela handled exceptionally well. We felt really sorry that she had such a tough day at work, and we were very grateful to have been in such great hands.

Brilliant day trip our tour guide Luca was lovely really friendly and had good knowledge of the areas we visited and did an amazing job of keeping us all together! The drivers really skilled did an amazing job of driving all that way in the hot weather and driving around those roads up to Positano. Our Pompeii tour guide was really nice very interesting to listen to the history of the place. The stop off in Positano was incredible such a beautiful place we had some food and a drink and had a walk down to the sea before returning to the coach! Overall definitely worth the trip would recommend its very organised and you learn a lot

Nice tour, but expect a lot of rushing! The tour guide, bus driver, and guide in Pompeii were excellent! They have several built in stops for coffee, restroom, etc. The tour description of 2 hours in Positano is inaccurate— it was actually 1h 20m. They said it was because of traffic, but IMO, they should account for normal traffic. In Positano, we rushed to the ocean, grabbed a sandwich and drink, stopped at a limoncello shop, and rushed back to the bus. (And we are fast walkers!) I think if your expectations are right, you’ll have a nice time!!!
