Enter a time capsule of the ancient Roman world. Let your local expert guide give you a tour of these marvelously-preserved ruins. Go to Positano, where the houses tumble down the hillside and stroll among the boutique stores. Our tour guide, Clara, was attentive and engaging, with a wonderful sense of humor. Along the ride, she shared stories, information, and fun lessons on how to order a coffee in Italy or how to pronounce certain Italian words (and she also gave us quiet time to nap!) Positano was a fun stop full of cute shops (we had 90 minutes free time), and Pompeii was absolutely incredible (a 90 minute guided tour, although I wish it were longer! So much to see!) Overall a very lovely way to spend a day.

This trip was the highlight of our stay in Italy. The guide was fantastic - she was funny and informative. The visit in Positano was long enough to have a delicious seafood meal with a breathtaking view. The Pompeii tour blew us away. A great way to see more of Italy when you are pressed for time.

Positano was amazing. Pompei was also a must see place in Italy. The tour was well organized and the local guide in Pompei was excellent. The time is not that enough to take your lunch in Positano but the alternative lunch in Pompei was actually not that good. So I advice to buy something from Positano and eat in Pompei. The prices in Positano are not expensive than other touristic places.
