Really enjoyed this tour, the guide was fantastic. ’the architect’ explained all the layers of Rome and how it all ties together to give us a informative history lesson and made it fun was a pleasure to be escorted with him, always checking on the welfare of his party and answering questions and colouring in the history before our eyes , Bravo

Tour was good. A lot of walking. The guide could have done a better job in emphasizing the locations as Rome has such a grand history. The narration was plain at times and she also did not stop once for bathroom breaks. Not a huge problem but when the tour is so long and full of walking, better to give some breathing space.

Very informative tour of the Roman Forum and Colosseum. Competent guide with a lot of knowledge, tour started near the Roman Forum, went through it and ended in the Colosseum, where you can get in without queuing. Whether you book the arena or not is up to you, I personally didn't think the added value was so great that I would visit the arena again, because you can see everything from above, but of course you're not that close.
