It's worth any money, really. The comfort of traveling for free is really good. We used only metro, but you can get everywhere with it. When we arrived on the airport, We took a Leonardo Express which is not included in it, but after it traveled only by metro. It's much cheaper than any shuttle bus or taxi you are offered in a hotel. (€14 Leonardo + free metro with Roma pass. Shuttle bus starts with €50 one way) We had a one for 72hrs, and reserved colloseum ticket. We haven't used the second entry, but we have no regrets. You can collect your card on the airport and start to use once you get into metro station.

Pass withdrawn at the airport and valid the next morning. Very convenient for public transport which is included in it. We had taken the 72h Pass so booked the Colosseum and the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum (which are on the same activity) on the Colosseum website by checking the Roma Pass. There is just 2€ extra charge each. We had decided to do the one-eyed villa as a second activity, except that we cannot tick Roma Pass on the site. I sent several emails including the 1st 3 days before our departure for Rome and only got the answer on our last day there so I advise you to call directly by phone there and they gave us our phone number. reservation for D-Day. I was apprehensive to call because my English is quite sketchy but honestly no worries. Very useful and profitable pass for us

Great for getting around the city on public transport although sometimes hard to work out the buses. We used for entry into the colosseum and the people at the very front managing crowds had no idea what the Roma pass was so took a lot of pleading to get in. Once we got passed them, we were scanned in easily with a designated Roma pass line.
