    • Since this is a circular route, availability is on a first-come-first-served basis.
    • Delays, reduced frequency, and route alterations may occur due to traffic congestion and road closures.
    • Buses on the Panoramic Route (pink buses) are open-top double-decker buses but with a detachable roof, so operate in all weather.
    • Wheelchairs may be accommodated on the lower floor.
    • Only small dogs in a crate are admitted on board.

    • From December 6, 2021, the Green Pass will be required to get on board. Make sure to have it with you in case of any random checks.

    We are in Rome for a month, and we took the one round trip (no hop-on hop-off option) to help us get to know the city a bit better on our first day. Even without the hop-on hop-off experience, we saw so much and were able to plan our trip a bit better for the weeks to come. It was such a great affordable option for us!

    Good way to get an overview of Rome and get off there, what you want to see. The buses run continuously. We didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes or were able to board directly when we got to the stop. Only once or twice the text played did not match the location of the bus. Maybe it was due to the rush hour traffic.

    It's a great way to discover the city. Boarding place at the main station was difficult to find. It was also very busy on the road and you had to wait a long time at traffic lights, felt a bit like a waste of time but of course they can't do anything about that.
