Our excursion starts in Molde, administrative centre of the county of Romsdal. The city is located on the shores of the Romsdal fjord, surrounded by hills that provide a backdrop of 222 peaks that are covered in snow almost the whole year. Molde is also known as the Town of Roses, thanks to the fragrant rose nurseries that benefit from the mild climate and fertile soil on the sun-drenched slopes surrounding the city. Our coach will take us through some of the area’s best ski resorts before descending to the village of Eide, overlooking the Kornstadfjord. From here we take the spectacular Atlantic Ocean Road, an engineering marvel that links islands and reefs via a series of bridges. In 2005, it was declared the Norwegian Construction of the Century, the stunning stretch of coast has definitely earned the status of National Tourist Route. We will have a photo stop so that you can admire the bridges, take pictures and have time for a little walk around. We had an amazing hike to Kjeragbolten! The drive there was already beautiful, and the hike itself was a fantastic experience. It can be quite demanding if you’re not used to hiking, but with a bit of experience it’s absolutely doable. It was quite windy at times, so make sure to bring proper gear. The views from Kjerag and the surrounding cliffs are absolutely breathtaking — even if you don’t step onto Kjeragbolten itself. A big thank you to Sean, our wonderful and experienced guide, who took great care of us throughout the day. I can highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in nature!

The boat ride was a great experience. The captain explained everything very well in English and the audio guide explained everything very well in German. Due to the size of the boat, it was much more personal and individual than with the large boats, but not quite as sporty as the RIB boats. However, you can still get wet at the Whiskey Falls! But that's no problem thanks to the suits. Highly recommended!
