Incredible, moving and unforgettable experience at Robben Island that touched my soul with life lessons that will stay with me forever. Derek, the former prisoner shared his personal experiences and how he kept his hope alive in the most difficult of conditions and also answered our personal, individual questions. Our tour of the island by Sim was excellent too as not only was she knowledgable but warm, funny and knew how to bring us together as a group of strangers from all over the world, so we felt connected. Thank you - highly recommend this life-changing experience !
Thank you very much for your last minute booking. I really wanted to visit Robben Island, but there were no tickets available anywhere at 9am today. This company helped me with the reservation, I received detailed instructions on how to confirm my details and book the ticket. I sailed to the island and meeting the ex-con was moving. Thank you and I recommend this company.
The tour would be better if portable transliteration was used like in the hop on hop off buses as we don't speak fluent English. The price would be 10 euros cheaper and more than OK. Since the guides received a tip from everyone anyway
The boat trip and tour itself are beautiful and impressive, the bus ride across the island is a bit fast, little chance to get out for a photo moment, only once.
Loved the calmness of table mountain and Robben Island was very memorable and to top it all we saw two whales on the way back! Would recommend.
