Was an awesome experience and you don't need any experience in Paragliding. Even if you are scared of heights like me, you still can do it, since it's a completly different feeling. You just have to be flexible in your schedule, as your time might change when the wind is too strong on that day. I had to change my flight from Thursday to Saturday, luckily I still had nothing else planned on that day.
This was an absolutely fantastic experience and definitely a must do trip. From the ferry to the bus tour of the island and the information given on board to the tour of the prison given by an ex prisoner this was one of the best trips we have been on.
Alex as our Guide was perfect. We could not go up to table mountain bc of the weather. Alex showed us a few important points in Cape Town. So we had an interesting and informative day.
