Roatan Zip Line Shore Excursion and Monkey/Sloth and Snorkel

Unfortunately we didn't have a boat with snorkeling equipment, just a visit to the beach. When we asked, our guide said he would have to ask the boss and then he was no longer to be seen, which is a real shame because we were looking forward to the reef and snorkeling. It's a bit of a rip-off for that price!!! Such a shame!!

Hands down the best activity we had during our cruise!!! Our driver David was friendly and very easy to work with. he took us where we wanted, waited without pressure and then happily took us to the next place. Zip lines were very fun! 16 of them! Guides were super friendly. Good english. They encouraged you to do fun things like run and jump off the platform, front flips, etc. My boys loved it. The monkeys and sloths were also a real highlight, especially for my 17 year old son. Finally, snorkeling was good (albeit not great due to coral bleaching, but that's not the company's fault). Our boat driver William was friendly and allowed us to stay out longer than had been planned on. He also let my 21 year old son drive the boat. i would recommend this group/company. Just know that it's YOUR day. You decide how much time you want to spend at different parts of the tour. Communicate what you want and enjoy it.

The organization was a bit chaotic. When we found our driver at the exit, he took us straight to the zipline, less than 5 minutes by car. We were the first in the park. It was our first time with the zipline and it took some effort to jump down. The 2 guides who accompanied us were very quick with everything they did for us so we couldn't think twice. It was fun nonetheless. Then we went to the small adjoining zoo. When we were done there, maybe 1 1/2 hours passed. Apparently the driver didn't know that we were also going to the Daniel Johnson sanctuary. Only after asking his boss was it okay, otherwise he wanted an extra $15 per person. We drove about 25 minutes there and on the way we picked up 2 others. It was nice there. Finally we drove to a beach where we took a small boat to a reef. Nothing special.
