first off; the guides were all fantastic, warm and knowledgeable. The tour was a magical experience that began with the boat ride out on a very nice boat to snorkelling at the reef (where we saw fish, stingrays, nurse sharks and everything in between) then Isla contoy. this island is a special place. but be warned, wear long sleeves and carry a hat. (It is a national park so you cannot wear sunblock). The tour through the island was filled with wonder. the food was amazing. Then soaking in the crystal clear waters on the beach... rejuvenating to the soul. Isla Mujeres is like 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen. I wish we had more time there but I understand it is to give you a taste of the island so you can always go back and spend a day. (which I will). Overall Amazing Tour. I super ultra recommend.

Very entertaining, fun and beautifull places.

Tour staff were very knowledgeble, we learned about coral reef and how to keep the enviroment safe and clean for sea life. Staff was very friendly and always trying to keep the boat ride upbeat with music and dancing. Coral reef is really cool, lots of fish, corals, turtles and crystal clear water. Contoy Island is paradise, white sands and clear water. It may get busy sometimes with other tours but was good but not as bad compared to Isla Mujeres. Food was good too. Nice breakfast once you get to the marina, drinks from water to beer and nice lunch which include fish and/or chicken with rice and salad. We recommend for other people to bring sunglasses, hat and long sleeve shirt because sunblock is not allowed.

Everything from pick up to drop off was great. The pick up driver Roberto was funny and did a excellent job of informing us during the ride. Gustavo the guide was amazing. Such a positive spirited person. Was also able to speak a little german. The cave itself was breath taking. Such a wonderful experience. The lunch afterwards also had a nice selection. I can totally recommend this trip.

Superb experience- friendly staff, great food, amazing natural wonder

Shuttle driver Alejandro was friendly, courteous, and provided great ride details and pointed out spots of interest. Video playing in van was informative and interesting. Guide was Jesus who was friendly, charming, knowledgeable, and showed great concern for the participants. Xtabentún drink was wonderful and unique! Lunch was delicious with great variety of options. A must do activity!

Extraordinary experience in the cave and river system. Highly recommended! Cassandra (our guide) was focused on both geographic/geological information and safe passage through the caves.
