    Travel back in time as you explore the Mayan  archeological ruins of Chichén Itzá on a guided tour. Connect with nature as you swim in the azure waters of the cenote of Saamal. Eat a mouth-watering buffet lunch and take a guided walking tour of Valladolid.

    Benefit from pick-up at your hotel, or a nearby meeting point, and then journey to one of the most important monuments on the Yucatán Peninsula.   Upon arrival at Chichén Itzá, look at the step pyramid of Kukulcan (El Castillo), known for the play of light from the equinox that casts shadows on each step to create an image of a serpent descending.   Go to the ancient cenote of Saamal and experience one of the sinkholes that form part of a network of underground rivers sacred to the Maya people. Enjoy a delicious buffet meal and take a stroll around the colonial city of Valladolid to complete your experience.

    The trip was incredible. The sights were absolutely amazing. Our tour guide was just lovely. I only wish that the price included the ticket price for the chichen itza (we did know we had to pay! it would ahve just been more convenient). Also, we were not allowed to be picked up at our hotel but other passengers who had hotels next to us were able to so we had to pay for cab fair. However, that does not factor into me giving it 5 stars! I twas still an awesome trip.

    In general a nice trip with highlights and some nice background information. Some things to mention: - the entry to the Cenote implies the mandatory rent of a life jacket for swimming (this is not included in the prices mentioned) - at Chichen Itza it was a bit hard to follow the guides

    This was our first day trip in Cancun and it was great. Our tour guide Alan was awesome. We were never rushed and had good amount of time to see and take pictures. Transport was comfortable and the food at the buffet was the best we had in all our day trips. Highly recommend this day trip with SAT Mexico!
