Prompt departure and arrivals at the specific docks. Staff was friendly. The departure times were given on board and again was you debarked for a short journey ashore. The glass factory was a treat. Burano was great and vibrant. You can walk across the island in about 15 minutes. The oldest city was also nice, however you have to pay for all entries if you desire. Departed at 1102 and arrived back at the port of departure at 1705. Overall, great trip glad we did it.

Best trip in Venice, if not the Gondola ride. I was looking for Lagoon tour, but then I found this hop on and hop off. And I must say it is the best way you can visit the Laguna Islands. The boats are scheduled every hour from every Island and you can hop on any boat anytime you want, also it is always on time. This is the best option you can get in this amount for visiting lagoon tours.

Right on time and a very patient explanation from the staff (very nice short asian lady). We had a great time visiting Murano and Burano.

Overall amazing experience. Perhaps providing a map online with all the stops clearly listed would be helpful.

Nice price and almost alone on the boat. Nice trip to all 3 islands.
