Our guide, Vuk, was excellent. We learned a lot about Ostrog Monastery, the Serbian Orthodox Church, Montenegro history, and much more. Plus, we just enjoyed his company because he is a great guy and fun to talk to. The trip from Kotor to Ostrog is beautiful, you do get a feel for the rugged Montenegro landscape. Our guide drove us as far up the Ostrog road as possible, plus we visited the lower part of the monastery. It would be difficult to make this trip yourself unless you had a car, and even then you might have problems on the Ostrog road, it’s not trivial. So without this tour we’d have not been able to see this area so well. Communication with the tour company ahead of time was good, as far as arranging pick up time and place. We brought food and water, they came in handy as it’s a pretty long trip.

Fantastic trip that I would highly recommend. Ostrog Monastery is stunning in its location, architecturally incredible and also humbling as a site so important to Orthodox Christianity within the region. Our guide Nikola was incredibly knowledgeable and shared great insights and information that helped to make the trip even better.

Our trip was great! Our driver Vuk was wonderful, giving us a wonderful history on the monastery as well as the history of the country! Was thoughtful if we needed to take breaks and even showed us a restaurant he recommended when returning to Kotor. Would definitely recommend! ☺️

We really enjoyed our day trip to Montenegro! Both Perast and Kotor were definitely worth a visit. Ivan, our guide, was excellent. He was very prompt and communicative and very informative. If you are staying in Dubrovnik, we highly recommend this tour!

was amazing great driver, and and talked about history very well great experience
