Feel the vibe of the must-see Tijuca Forest in the heart of Rio de Janeiro, a city world-famous for its stunning views and landscapes. Explore the best spots of the largest urban forest in the world on this 5 hours guided tour, and benefit from hotel pickup and drop-off from hotels or flats in Rio's City Center, Barra or South Zone. The tour includes an experienced guide who will take you to the best spots in the park such as the biggest waterfall (Cascatinha Taunay) and the Vista Chinesa viewpoint. Along the way, you will also learn about the unique flora and fauna of the area, as well as the park's various conservation efforts. The tour typically lasts about five hours, and is a great way to explore one of the most beautiful and diverse areas of the city. Hike to a delightful secret cave and falls and at the end make a stop at São Conrado Beach to see the hang gliding and paragliding landing spot. Super hike & super sportive guide !!! Good point of view in the beginning then a real hike (not like others who proposed only 10mins walk) with cascades (shower time !!!) and caves. Time in the car is not useless like others, just transportation. The biodiversity of the forest is amazing. 5 stars

Our tour guide Eduardo came and picked us up from our hotel which made the whole experience that little bit easier. He made several stops as we travelled through the Tijuca National Park and took us to many different viewpoints, waterfalls and caves. Eduardo was more than happy to take plenty of photos on our phones as well as take the initiative to take some on his own phone. He even directed myself and my partner to pose to create some of our favourite photos from the entire holiday. He was so lovely and extremely friendly. Eduardo was very knowledgeable about everything to do with Tijuca and the surrounding area. The tour ended and Eduardo dropped us back off at our hotel, so everything was taken care of, so no additional effort to meet the tour guide was needed, nor travelling back to our hotel. This tour was well worth the money and we would highly recommend doing this!
