A very interesting trip. Perfect to see the rainforest in a nutshell. The guide chooses interesting routes, they are not too demanding but you can see a lot. The guide draws attention to some interesting things that are easy to overlook for ordinary people. He is very interested and willing to answer questions. I heartily recommend. Great guide. He was talking very interesting and answering every question. Highly recomend!

Guide was very nice. Hotel pickup was very easy. Most of the trip is riding in the Jeep through many curvy roads and turns. Not much hiking. Only about 300 meters long. Then walking around about 4 major tourist stops. Our Jeep actually got stuck and had to get towed up a hill due to the New Years traffic. We didn’t have to wait long. I was actually impressed it only took 20-30 minutes. This should not be confused with hiking. It’s a riding trip through a public park. Cost wise, still cheaper than taking a taxi or Uber that would not be available in the park.

Suitable tour for a first impression of a rainforest

We were picked up with a little delay (I called the local provider and the nice contact person could give me precise information about when the group would arrive at our hotel). The guide told us a lot of interesting things about the city, the inhabitants and of course about plants and animals of the rainforest in an entertaining way. The tour was offered in English and so we were very pleasantly surprised that the guide also spoke German. Unfortunately (and nobody can help it ...) we weren't so lucky with the weather and it rained practically all the time. So hid the animals (monkeys, sloths, birds) that we would have loved to see. The tour offers a good first impression of a rainforest, and finding it directly in the city is a special experience. We would definitely book this tour again.
