What to Expect
A short walk of around 90 minutes (round trip) takes you to the summit of Dois Irmãos (Two Bothers Hill), which is located along the coast of the city and separates the south zone of Rio from the west zone.
From there you have stunning views of many of Rio’s beaches including Ipanema, Arpoador, and Pepino as well as views of Tijuca Forest. Both on the outgoing and return trip, you shall stop of at strategic points to take photos of Vidigal favela in addition to telling the history of the favela.
