Opportunity to take a peaceful and romantic trip through the City canal and Daugava River. There will be wonderful views in all directions, and You will be able to enjoy a great panorama of Kronvalda Park, Freeport of Riga, Congress House, Latvian National Theatre, Bastion Hill, The Freedom Monument, National Opera, Riga Passenger Station, Riga International Bus Station, Riga Central Market, Zaķusala Television Tower, National Library, AB Dam with the largest and the most beautiful flag of Latvia, the magnificent towers of Old Riga, The Sun Stone building, Ķīpsala, Andrejosta and Riga Passenger Port.

If you want to enjoy the snacks or drinks You took with You in the Captain's Boat, the "Boat cleaning fee" will be calculated additionally for up to 4 persons, it will be 25 EUR for up to 9 persons it will be 50 EUR. Prior approval is required. Please read all terms carefully in advance.

The route could be change due to bad weather conditions, like strong wind / rain. In case of high water level in City Canal, route could be change from City Canal cruise to Daugava River cruise. In unsafe weather conditions, which are dangerous tour can be canceled.

Meeting point

Captain's boat Dāvids is moored at Andrejosta Yacht club (Riga, Eksporta street 1D). Please use Google Maps for finding location (DON'T use iPhone/Apple Maps). The Yacht club is ~ 10 - ~15 minutes walk from Rīga Old Town and is easily accessible by walk, by public transport or by car. Car can easily be parked at the car park next to Yacht Club (private paid parking / check parking prices in Yacht club). Please plan Your visit to harbor in advance. Please consider all possible obstacles what can make any delay's in Your arrival to harbor (traffic jams, taxi delay, walk to harbor could take more time than expected, etc.). If You are late more than 10 minutes start of the departure time, there is a huge risk that Your route will be shortened. The missed time is included in the total trip time, is not compensated and the return to the Yacht Club takes place at the agreed time. We recommend to be at least 10 minutes before Your tour starts.
