Bus tour on February 23, 2019 through Riga

We had booked online. E-ticket was exchanged on site for a receipt. There was also a route planner. First green, then the same bus, the blue line. You can sit on the bus. Departure is at the Occupation Museum, total duration 1h and 40min. 24-hour ticket not absolutely necessary, as a lot can be done on foot. On-site ticket available for € 15 per day. There are vendors at the bus station where tickets are available. We liked the route. There is a button above the seat where a corresponding number must be set for each language (10 in total). For Germany this is the 3rd. For us the tour was worth it, despite previous information about Riga, it was informative. Seating, rocking and delayed translation are not as bad as described.

Wonderful Architecture of Riga

Enjoying a week in this beautiful city. The architecture is wonderful with each building trying to outdo its neighbour. The hop on hop off city tour is the easiest way to see the city, allowing you to see more of the places that you are interested in. The commentary is good, although we had to change seats on the bus as we couldn't get an English version on the headphones. We were also impressed by the monuments and the history of the city. The drivers were polite and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend that any visitor to the city takes the bus tours, and the river and canal cruises

An OK trip

One small thing could be better explained. There the trip lasted 90 minutes, which is why you get a little confused when after about 40 minutes you are back at the place where you stood. After an inquiry it was understood that the tour continues after about 10 - 15 minutes so that it becomes a total of 90 minutes.
