The trip was fantastic and “Elvis” as we called him was an absolutele gentleman and very knowledgeable. I personally think the trip was made so much better thanks to his warm friendly persona. The Hill of Crosses is a wondrous magical place and the mini stops at the borders for photos and church and the university were great additions. The afternoon lunch at the waterside “tea house” was also very pleasant. Definitely for me a great trip and great value for money.
I had an amazing experience visiting Sigulda with a guide! Everything was perfectly organized, and the guide made the trip feel almost personal, sharing fascinating stories and insights about the area. The breathtaking views, rich history, and seamless journey made it unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore this gem!
Overall the day was fantastic! All 3 locations are definitely worth seeing and our guide put in so much effort to ensure that we all had a good time! He was happy to answer all our questions and even gave us some surprises along the way! I would definitely recommend doing this tour if you’re looking for a day trip out of Riga!
Guide / driver was very friendly and spoke excellent english. Car was comfortable. Hill of crosses was a very unique place to visit. Highly recommended trip!
It was a lot of fun and anything but boring. We can only recommend it.
