really lovely experience! Our naturalist Nathaniel was lovely, and it was really cool to see all sorts of wildlife that I have only ever seen in nature documentaries! The price tag may be a bit on the pricey end, but for a once in a lifetime experience, I highly recommend it

Meeting point

Arrival at our office is required one hour before your tour. Check in at the activity provider's office to receive your boarding pass. We are located at #210-12240 Second Avenue Richmond BC V7E 3L8. For Car/RV parking we recommend the paid lot at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery 12138 Fourth Ave V7E 3J1, enter the lot at Chatham St. and Fourth Avenue. Remember your stall number and choose the all-day parking option to 11:00pm. DO NOT park in stalls 40-45 and any spots that are reserved. Please ensure you have provided contact information, our call our office at 604-274-9565 - 24 hours before you tour.

Know before you go

  • This is a 3-5 hour tour depending on how far we travel to see the whales.
  • We offer complementary bottled water and a granola bar.
  • You are welcome to bring a lunch or you may pre-order a deli sandwich lunch for $12.50 plus tax (call our office to add lunch), all our boats have a washroom.
  • Round trip shuttle is available for $21.00 per person, convenient locations near Downtown Vancouver Hotels, for Richmond Hotels check with our office.
  • Call our office to reserve your pick-up time and location, we recommend reserving shuttle when making your tour booking as space is limited.

If course we loved the whales but would of been nice to travel more to find more whales. Stayed in the same spot for hours. The orcas were to far away to really enjoy the experience. For the amount of money I spent for 4 of us, we should of watched them for a bit and moved on to find more. But overall the experience was alright.
