The Green Island Tour - Full day around the Island Visit the relevant places of the Island in one day on the comfort of a SUV. 08:30 hrs - 10:00 hrs - Pick up to be arranged at the hotel or place of accommodation of guests on the island of S. Miguel - Pico do Carvão viewpoint with panoramic views over the island on it's length, with stop (5 min); - Vista do Rei viewpoint with stop (10 min); - Cerrado das Freiras and Lagoa de Santiago viewpoints with stop (10 min); - Sete Cidades Bridge and trail surrounding the Blue Lagoon on dirt, peninsula and tunnel with stop (5 min); - Center of the Parish of Sete Cidades for 15/30 minutes rest, walk, coffee, snack (not included), toilets and optional visit to the neo-Gothic style Church of São Nicolau; - Escalvado Viewpoint with views of the Mosteiros rocks/islets with stop (5 min.); - Miradouro das Pedras Negras and Natural Pools of Capelas and São Vicente, for a 10/15 minute rest, coffee, snack (not included), toilets; - Lagoa do Fogo viewpoints with stop (10 min.); - Pico da Barrosa with stop (5 min); - Vila Franca do Campo with optional stop (20 min.) to visit church, observe the architecture of centuries-old buildings, fishing port and islet; - Lagoa das Furnas and visit to the Furnas fumaroles with stop (20 min); - Ribeira dos Caldeirões with stop (20 min.) for a visit, walk, coffee, snack (not included) and toilets; - Chá Gorreana Tea plantation with a stop of between 15 and 30 minutes for a visit and tea tasting; - Ribeira Grande, Black sand beach of Santa Bárbara: 16:30 hrs - 18:30 hrs - End and return with drop-off at the same pick-up locations.
