Full description
Join a city cruise from Rhodes to Saint George Bay and the tiny boutique island of Symi, with sun beds and floating gear included. Stop for swimming and snorkeling in the bay which is only reachable by boat, before sailing to Symi to enjoy 3 hours of free time on the island. Depart in the morning and set sail for St. George Bay. Feel the sunshine on your faces and admire Rhodes from the water. Stop for a 30-minute break to swim and snorkel in the crystal-clear water of St. George Bay. Then, enjoy a short boat ride to Symi Harbor. Disembark and take 3 hours to explore Symi at your own pace. Soak up the stunning harbor views and lose yourself in the colorful streets lined with neo-classical houses. Finally, relax as you sail back to Rhodes Harbor in the evening.

Loved the pool noodles provided at the swim. Unfortunately it was too windy to anchor at St George’s Bay, so we went to another bay close by. Our swim time was only 20 minutes, which was a big shame. It would have been lovely to have swam for longer and to have stayed at Symi for 2 hours instead of 3 (it’s an incredibly small island and quick to walk through). The experience altogether was just amazing, and Symi is absolutely worth going to. I was a bit taken aback by the crew members and captain having a verbal fight across the boat though, a few swear words were thrown around. More amusing than anything but it shouldn’t happen :)

We liked the return trip with a break for swimming and snorkeling. Only a few minutes after the stop we were already in Symi. 3h stay at temperatures of 37 degrees C. are definitely enough. We paused here and there in the bars, restaurants and small cafés and captured beautiful impressions with the camera on the way in between. The drive back was a little tiring as we were exhausted and still had the salt on our skin. So my tip: take a small guest towel with you before you set off and soak it in normal water so that you can freshen up in between. The return trip could have been a little faster. So when choosing, think about which type of boat you choose. Plenty of drink and food on board and the crew was super friendly.

Beautiful day to visit this typical village but crossing a bit long. Allow at least 1h30 one way with a swimming break (which would have been better on the way back). Also note that depending on your telephone operator, you can quickly get a non-Europe package because it is close to Turkey. 60€ in our case, the outing quickly becomes expensive…remember to cut your roaming or turn off your phone! Very helpful staff and affordable consumption
