Chalki is a small but quiet and peaceful island. I liked it very much. Butterfly Valley is a beautiful place with trees and water. There were butterflies everywhere. We visited the place early in the morning, so there weren't a lot of people there. The bus driver and the guide were very polite.

The trip was nice and our guide Joseph made sure everyone was onboard and gave excellent tips about what to see, places to eat and where to go and swim Valley of butterflies was exactly what it said loads of butterflies so no disappointment there The trip to Chalki went smooth on an impressive boat. We arrived at Butterfly valley early so it was quiet but not many butterflies out. A very pleasant walk up to monastery and back down before the majority of tourists arrived. The boat ride to Halki was very rough. The island was beautiful and we had enough time to explore the town, have lunch, visit the beach and have a last drink before returning to Rhodes. A very long but enjoyable day overall.
