Lovely half day trip

You will be picked up at your hotel and driven towards Lindos. Nice and beautiful town with a lot of shops. You choose whether you want to go up 255 stairs to the acropolis, entrance to this is not included in the trip. Afterwards we were driven to Seven springs. We thought there were seven springs, but there is only one, so do not, as we did, look for more ;-) Nice place with peacocks and ducks, but a little difficult to pass for the poor (I was on crutches) That walking through the tunnel to the waterfall was a very special experience. After 20-30 meters it is pitch dark and the tunnel becomes narrower at some point. Make sure you wear a pair of shoes or beach sandals, because there are pebbles in the water on the narrow path you walk on. Also, make sure, especially if you are short-legged, to wear shorts, it had just rained when we were there, so there was more water in the tunnel than otherwise. At least my knee-length trousers ended up being wet at the end of the tunnel :-)

Great day out - 7 Springs, Lindos Acropolis & Beach.

Took a day coach trip from Ialyssos to Lindos, first stopping off at 7 Springs. What a picturesque setting, also a small lake is created by the running waters and you can reach it by a narrow tunnel of approximately 200 meters - pitch black and paddling in the spring waters - it was lovely. Then we travelled onto Lindos, down a steep road to get to Lindos village, then walked up a 300 step climb to the Acropolis (with all the footfall over the years, the trek was a bit slippery) - the trip didn't include entrance tho (was an extra 12 euros)! Chose to take the Donkey track down the meandering pathway to get to the beach - which was glorious. Then staggered back up the steep road - was a bit exhausting. All in all a very enjoyable day, we were only on a small mini-bus - a bit cramped air-con kept us all cool, but positively this meant we weren't waiting for too many other guests - timings were great. Another well organised trip by Get Your Guide, thank-you.

Super day out.

Once I had made the booking I received an email confirmation promptly. I received a further e mail with pick times. The driver was on time and polite. The coach was comfortable, clean. The trip gave good time to explore the springs (don't forget water shoes if you want to go through the tunnel) before heading to Lindos. Wear good walking shoes/trainers and have water ready for the climb. The transport departed on time and we were dropped off at our hotel. Cheaper than main travel agent/reps, highly recommend.
