We were told to be at Bus stop 2 at 5.30 we were there at 17.20 no buses came, we rang 3 times to be told bus was on its way. Then told the bus came at 17.417. Not true. A bus was ant to pick us up and he apologised and said he went to no3. We then had to meet up at a petrol station where we were referred to as stragglers.This added a load of stress we didn’t need. The rest of the trip was really good

Wonderful experience. Apparently this is the lagoon locals go to as less touristy. There was an ethereal glow from the greenhouse next door which added to atmosphere. Lovely lying in hotwater with snow falling on your face feeling the stones underneath your feet. Guide was great, lots of stories. Food lovely, even the mushroom soup was delicious and I'm not normally a fan. And we were so lucky that when all other tours cancelled their northern light tours, we carried on and were treated to a show. Our guide was determined to find them. Highly recommend

This was such an absolutely lovely experience we had on our last day in Iceland. Siggi, our guide, was such a delight … professional, knowledgeable, passionate about Iceland and determined (I'll explain that in a bit). If you have traveled to the Blue Lagoon, I recommend checking out the Secret Lagoon as this is an altogether new experience. The dinner at the local restaurant was wonderful (Kristina, our server was great!). The night we headed out on this activity had a very low KP rating to view the Northern Lights (1.5-2). To round back to Siggi, he was on a mission to do his very best for the entire group to find a sighting of the Northern Lights, as none of us had ever seen them before. When we thought that it just was not going to happen on this trip (and half the group had already closed their eyes for the journey back to Reykjavik), somehow Siggi managed to find them for us … and that was an experience that we will never forget.
