We were running late in airport as flight came in late to Gatwick, I went up to the desk and showed my documents and appologised for the lateness, they were gappy to help and changed our tickets to get on the 6pm bus, which was a lovely smooth ride,we got of at the bsi and changed tk smaller bus which dropped us off at our location.

Bit confusing about where to go and meet as the email stated someone would be at the arrivals gate. There was in fact someone there, but they were in a kiosk stall. As two companies had recently merged as well, the kiosk signage was mostly for the other company with "grey line" posted inside the kiosk. Nevertheless, once we realised it was the same place, it was very smooth. We also didn't realise that the drop off point was slightly different to the grey lines drop off. Thought we were in for a 10 minute walk so didn't bother with booking the additional transfer from the bus terminal in Reykjavik, but ended up being dropped at a terminal 20 minutes way from our accommodation. Again, not a huge issue as it made for another memory walking through Reykjavik, but communication regarding the different drop off point and merge between companies would have been good to know.

We were sent an email by Grays Line saying there would be someone holding a sign upon arrival to direct us to the coach, no one was there and there weren’t any coaches that said Grays Line on. I finally enquired at a transport desk for another company and they told us we’d be getting on there coach. So poor communication from the company however the journey was quick and smooth.
