Iceland 3-Day Tour Golden Circle, Glacier Lagoon, & Ice Cave

The tour was very comprehensive, covering many sites within the Golden Circle. We received acceptable service from the guide, but there was room for improvement. Due to a linguistic confusion, we were 10 minutes late at the first stop, and his treatment was vehement, unlike other (non-Latino) tourists who were a few minutes late, and he tolerated the situation. At one restaurant, they forgot our food and only gave us 5 minutes to sort it out. On the glacier excursion, the transportation was delayed and insisted we only have 15-20 minutes to sort out our lunch. I don't know if it was because we are Latino, but his treatment could have been more flexible with situations beyond our control. Despite this, he provided explanations about the area and took us to all the sites offered on the tour. Tip: Try not to bring too much luggage due to limited space.
