Linda & Mehi This trip was excellent ! It was a good combination of everything and really gave us a perfect tour of the most breathtaking sightseeing spots in Iceland ! It was such good value for money considering how much was crammed into the day ! I have read a few reviews that say everything is rushed but I would disagree - yes there is a schedule- but if you stick to it as the tour guides really do encourage despite some people’s time keeping - it gives you the perfect amount of time at each location. This is definitely the case when the weather is much cooler ! You wouldn’t want to be outside for much longer ! There are plenty of toilets and amenities on the way but I would encourage people to just grab a bite to eat. Although some of the restaurants at the visitor centres look great, this would just be a waste of time so grab a quick bite to eat and get touring ! Wonderful tour, would highly recommend !

Didn’t know what to expect with a large bus tour, however I was amazed and surprised by how smooth and organized the journey was with friendly and informative guides giving us all the history and tips of things to see and do in Iceland. It was such a welcoming atmosphere plus the breath taking views of Iceland, we were blessed with such great weather and was able to see so many sights in one tour. From geysir, Kerid crater, thingvellir national park to a cheeky stop with Icelandic horses, it was such a perfect day. Huge thanks to Łukasz and Alain for the lovely day, they were patient with us as well traveling with elderly parents. Many thanks again and would highly recommend this tour.

See the best of southwest Iceland on an 8-hour Golden Circle tour by bus from Reykjavik. Visit the spectacular Geysir area, and go to the cascades of Gullfoss Waterfall. Discover where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet in Þingvellir National Park. Travel to the geothermal area of Geysir. Marvel as the active hot spring of Strokkur spouts steaming water 30 meters into the air every 8 minutes. Continue to one of Iceland’s most iconic features at the Gullfoss Waterfall (“Golden Falls“). Feel the spray of the waters of the glacial River Hvítá as it plummets down into a 32-meter deep crevice. Next, enter Þingvellir National Park, where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates are pulling apart at a rate of a few centimeters per year. Þingvellir was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its cultural value in 2004, and is the site of a stunning rift valley and the Rock of Law, the first Viking parliament. Marvel at the volcanic crater at Lake Kerið, and pass through the Icelandic farms of the south on your drive around the Golden Circle, before returning to your original starting point in Reykjavik. (*Kindly note: We won’t be stopping at the Kerid volcanic crater lake for any departures at 12:00 pm and later)

Overall the trip was amazing, we seen some amazing sights! The guide was very informative and interesting. The coach was very comfortable and had WiFi. My only one complaint was the coach was 30 mins late, which I understand can’t be avoided due to picking up others. However, we travelled five mins down the road to a garage to change coaches as we were on a different coach, only to wait another 20 mins for the coach we were actually meant to be on, to arrive! So we left almost an hour later than the time scheduled. I felt like this shortened our time on some stops, in particular to see the Geysir, where we only had an hour to visit as well as eat lunch in a very busy restaurant, it was very rushed. Apart from this, it was an excellent trip which I would highly recommend!
