Full description
Benefit from pickup at your hotel, and then travel in a small group to marvel at the geothermal landscapes of Iceland's Golden Circle. Go for a nature walk in Þingvellir National Park, where the American and Eurasian tectonic plates are pulling apart.  Continue to the spectacular Gullfoss Waterfall on the Hvítá River, fed by the Langjökull glacier. Move on to the hot springs areas of Geysir and gaze in wonder as the Strokkur geyser erupts every 3 to 8 minutes. Break for lunch at one of the many restaurants in the area.  Take breathtaking photos of the small waterfall of Faxi on the Tungufljót River, and then relax in the healing waters of the Secret Lagoon, the oldest geothermal pool in Iceland.

Fantastic trip! This is my first group tour, and I’m sure I’ll do more. Around 17 people in our group. We saw a lot of places and Ian was a tremendous guide. Only hiccup was the pickup was a bit late, but I think that’s because someone was a no show. Overall a fantastic trip!

Could not recommend this trip enough! Addy our guide was amazing! She was so friendly, funny and informative. We were blown away by the facts she told us about the country. We went to the Secret Lagoon first and arrived at 10am as the sun was rising - we were the first group there so got such a surreal experience! The water was so warm and luxurious and got to enjoy it without crowds of people. We then went to a few beautiful sights & tried some Icelandic food and drink, which was tasty! The Geysirs were very active & National Park beautiful.
