Our guide was very knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the geology of the region and formation of the lava tunnel. She shut the light for two minutes in the depth of the cave to allow us to experience pitch blackness which was amazing. It’s an easy half a day trip which is well worth the money. We had to go to central bus terminal where our tour bus was waiting. We used local bus to get to the bus terminal and it was easy to do with no hassle. Navy gating the tunnel was not hard at all as it has raised metal walkway in most areas with some steps. But there were also some areas with only rocks that we had to walk on. Should be doable for most people with reasonable health.
