Our guide tried very hard to find the northern lights, he even took us to distant places, but no luck. Because of this we were able to repeat another day and this time we did have luck with the lights. Both guides were fantastic, I liked it so much that I actually booked a third time with them, but it was cancelled due to the cloudy weather. Delicious chocolate and sweets, I highly recommend it.

The Northern Lights tour is an absolute must if you are coming to Iceland. It took us 3 nights, but we were lucky to see them light up on our last night in Iceland. The great thing about the Northern Lights tours is that they let you keep rescheduling for free until you see them. I would recommend the 21:30 tour as you maximise your chances of seeing the Lights during the peak activity hours. You spend about 4 hours out, in small minibus (max 16 people) driving around with your guide, who are very knowledgeable and good at spotting the signs. You also get hot chocolate and chocolate wafers to keep you going when you're getting cold! Great tour, highly recommend.

Our guide was fantastic but unfortunately we didn't get to see the lights. I understand that it's hit and miss so can't be helped. mini bus was small and cramped but luckily wasn't in it for too long. Hot chocolate was a nice touch and the guide was very fun.
