Everyone was friendly. The premises were clean and inviting. The Blue Lagoon spa experience was fabulous. Words can't describe how the water makes your skin fell. The bus transportation to and from the bus terminal ran on time. Our bus driver dropped us off at our hotel instead of back to the bus terminal which was much appreciated as it was beginning to rain. Visiting the Blue Lagoon is a must if you find yourself in Iceland. I would definitely go again.

The transport was speedy and on time although the driver/ guide did not speak once. It would’ve been nice to have a welcome or to know how long the journey was. You get kicked up and dropped off right outside the lagoon which is easy to locate. The blue lagoon itself was absolutely amazing. One thing I’d recommend is getting to the bus about 20 mins prior to departure as our 6:15pm bus back to Reykjavik was full by 5:55pm. Our 2pm bus from BSI to the lagoon however was very empty so just give yourself plenty of time

this was one of of if not the highlight of my iceland trip, if you plan on going to iceland the blue lagoon is a must its so warm when you get in. you then can have a free drink rather alcholic or non alcholic free with the package, and also have a silica mask which leaves your face so refreshed awesome experience, the transfers to and from the lagoon run smoothly also!
