Did not go far enough onto glacier and not enough time given to climb steps on first waterfall stop yet still finished trip ahead of schedule. Now my two negatives that were not the view of my wife or the other participants is out of the way, the guide was instructive and kept everyone safe on the ice. Had a relaxed and friendly personality which always helps. Overall I was very pleased and that's an achievement in itself.

Faultless from start to finish. Even the wet and windy weather cleared up for us while on the glacier. Also visited 3 waterfalls and a black sand beach. Just enough time at each stop and still managed to get back to Reykjavik for about 8pm. Plenty of rest stops en route. Small group of 9. Our guide (Thomas) was excellent with lots of local, geological and historical knowledge. Also had an excellent sound track playing on the bus.

The tour was fantastic. Great to see amazing waterfalls, black sand beaches, little towns, countryside and the glacier from a viewpoint. Sadly, due to weather we could not do the glacier hike. Safety first. I was impressed that the tour guide and also the company reached out proactively to give us a partial refund for that portion of the day. Still an awesome experience! Thanks!
