The tour was great for the price, especially in comparison with some of the other tour options. The only downside for me was that we we were taken to a car park to see the northern lights (which in itself is fine) but there was no where to sit to eat (they have hot chocolate and waffles on site) and standing in one place for 4 hours means you really do feel the cold no matter how many layers you have on as you're not allowed to walk around the area (I got told off at one point and made to go back to the bus) and while I understand the reasoning to a point (I was on a trail in sight of the bus) if you're not moving about its freezing and much less enjoyable. So while I did see the northern lights and over all had a good experience I genuinely wouldn't have booked it if I had known I would be paying £50 to stand in a car park for 4 hours, I would probably have paid the extra to go with another tour having heard other travelers experiences

Overall the tour was great because we saw an amazing display of the Northern Lights. The tour guide Frida was quite snippy and walked around actually yelling at people to shut off their phone lights (so you could see the display of lights in the sky). But because we were dropped off in a parking lot not knowing what it would be like, and it was pitch dark, we were tripping over the rocks on the ground. A woman actually fell and hurt herself.

Great experience and lovely guide who was very informative and was helpful in giving advice for getting the best pictures. If you’re looking for a small groups personal tour I would not suggest this as you end up sharing meet up location with 6 other coach’s of people! :)
