The expertise from our guide (Joseph) is really adding so much fun and color to the trip ! We didn't see the active red magma volcano, but we still see see some places that's still pretty hot. I'm not a huge fan of rock stuff and more a hiker, but his explanation about Icelandic geovolcanic activity is pretty fun to hear because he seems super excited about it. God need to bless this man. He also give us some tour to Grindavik(the city affected by the recent eruption) and how he was there when that happened. Without the guide, there are soooo many stuff to miss. Note : The hiking itself is not that challenging, more suitable for beginner.

Very good day. Very interesting guide who explains a lot of things. The places visited are really incredible. The snow gives a slightly marvelous side to the excursions. Be careful for the hike, it is clearly stated in the ad that a moderate physical level is required. I think that some people in the group had not taken this into account (excursions made in January and therefore with a lot of snow and ice so the hiking part was still physical 😉).

Beautiful hike and excellent combination with the Blue Lagoon, in a small group. The lava field was really cool and the views in the winter light were stunning. It was a great tour, with a good guide.

Amazing activity, with beautiful landscapes. The guide is super nice and explains a lot of things. The hike is of average difficulty. I really recommend it
