This activity is an absolute blast. We enjoyed a guided visit to the caves with plenty of history and information. Then upstairs for a private demonstration of the Sabrage technique which we then did ourselves to our great delight. Even better we each had a lovely bottle of champagne to drink.

Top two things we did in our tour of Champagne region! Not only was th experience itself great but the staff at the vineyard were amazing. Must do.

The Champagne was excellent. It's a little bit off the beaten path. It's best if your driving and not taking a car. I would have like for the tour guide to have been a little more knowledgeable of the history of the business.
