Explore the charming countryside of Champagne on a relaxed e-bike tour. Cycle through Premier and Grand Cru villages, and see the UNESCO world's heritage vines. Glide down the Marne Canal and taste various champagnes and enjoy a traditional lunch.

Meet your local guide in Reims, in Epernay or in Mareuil-sur-Ay. After a drive deep in the Champagne countryside to a typical Champagne House, Le Clos Corbier, your bikes will be ready for you to ride. Glide along on your bike and discover some of Champagne’s most remote locations. Earn your champagne glasses cycling through Premier and Grand Cru villages and fully experience the complexity of the terroir. Enjoy breathtaking views of the UNESCO world’s heritage vines of Champagne. Discover the village of Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne.

Finish your time in Hautvillers with a guided visit of the church where the famous monk Dom Pérignon is buried.

Experience a cycle down the Marne canal to make your way back to Le Clos Corbier. Visit the cellars and taste different champagnes from the family domain, where you will see and be taught about the champagne-making process.

• I would have liked more description of what the day was going to look like - 20 mile bike ride over some hilly non-paved roads, 5 tasting and lunch from the same location, and stops along the way at historical sites. This tour seemed geared toward intermediate to advanced bikers and probably should not be recommended for beginning bikers. • Berto did a great job of leading our group. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable about champagne. He even tried to help us get our missing luggage back from AirFrance! • Overall we had a fun time and the views were great. We would recommend it to friend who wanted an adventurous day in the French countryside.

This is an excellent way to explore a bit of the Champagne region in a different way. The e-bikes enabled us to get up close and personal with the area, our guide Ann was both lovely and knowledgeable, and our tastings and lunch at a family champagne house was delicious. Even the rain didn’t dampen our spirits! Highly recommend.

We took a two-week trek through England, Franch and The Netherlands and THIS was our favorite activity of the whole trip. We loved the history, the science, the scenery, the biking, the food -- it was all great. We especially loved the intimate setting. Highly recommend!
