Informative commentary, slow enough to see what is being discussed, glass roof so can see up high to the top of buildings (also great when raining as you are warm and dry and can still see everything). Just 45 mins to see the main historic areas of the city. Friendly driver and efficient ticket office. Front carriage had English and other languages available using headphones.

Tour left 15 minutes late due to a tourist group who needed to use the toilet. It wasn’t fair to all the people who arrived on time and sat waiting. We were late to our next tour and didn’t appreciate it.
