Everything was Great! Driver Darnell is my new favourite person for postponing departure to allow us to go to the washroom ❤️ tour guide very friendly and knowledgeable!! Bus was warm and clean but windows were scratched from tree branches. Also no audio translation, good thing we both understood English! Good job Big Bus 😁👏🏼👏🏼

Steve was our guide and we had a great time. It was a cold day but totally worth bundling up and getting out there to see the city and enjoy the food!

2 out of 3 of my guides were fantastic. The final One I could not hear on the upper or lower deck and the little I did hear was not as fun.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour guide Karen. She was knowledgable and enthusiastic sharing info on Philadelphia. Nice overview.

Our group loved the tour. Food was fantastic. Our tour guide Adam was superb, we had so much fun.
