We had an evening flight home so wanted to do something short and sweet on the last day so booked onto the short Lava Tunnel trip. The shorter trip was a brilliant and informative Introduction to the cave and the tour guide was fantastic. A great trip to finish off our holiday in Iceland

Tour guide gave lots of information. This experience is not to be missed. The tour guide was perfect with his explanation of the Cave was formed. The cave is really pretty and not too difficult to walk around.

Our walk through the lava cave was a great experience. We learned much from our guide, who was a geologist and answered our endless questions.

Very informative. Excellent guide, not too many steps so kids will be fine doing this too.

It's a bit tricky getting into the tunnels in winter, but it's well worth the hassle.
