It was my second time in Raufarholshellir, this time with my 13 year old son, and he loved it. We did the trip to all three lava falls and extra dead end, which is so low you have to crawl to get to the top, not a challenge for a kid, but a bit of workout for me. The guide, Anna was brilliant, she was quick, but had a lot of stops, and every question was answered and explained with great professionalism. I can recommend it for everyone, it's really worth it to pay a bit extra and get to the falls, but remember HAVE A GOOD HIKING BOOTS OR YOU WON'T GO !!!

Our guide was fantastic and made it a great morning out. The bus was prompt too. This is a great few hours and would highly recommend doing this. Lots to see inside the caves especially when all the lights were turned off

What a beautiful and stunning tunnel. We went in the winter with the ice stalagmites and stalagtites. You really must see this one. And a really good entertaining guide who told and explained everything. A must see

The guide, Alex, was great. The girl at the ticket office was very friendly, she even filled a bottle of water for me on her own initiative. The staff was very friendly and smiling.

The tour was exactly as advertised. It lasted about an hour and the guide brought us through the tunnel before letting us have some free time at the end
